1. The "VacPac" entitles the bonafide holder a two nights stay for a couple at any Domestic Hotels / Resorts listed herein and on the program site www.hdfcperksholidayoffer.promoredemption.com user is required to register the voucher within 45 days from receipt of the gift voucher. On successful registration at the program site you will receive a authentication number. The said authentication number has to be quoted in all future correspondence & for booking holiday room reservation..
2. The Voucher holder can avail his / her holidays at Indian hotels/resorts listed herein on the program site, the offers at the select hotels are for limited period and subject to change.
3. Utility charges of Rs.799/- for 2 nights per room per night on twin sharing basis accommodation for two persons for Indian hotels/resorts have to be paid on confirmation of booking subject to availability of rooms. Hotel bookings availability are either on CP basis, MAP basis or Package basis. The booking confirmation will be issued subject to payment of the prescribed charges. Payment will have to be made in cash or demand draft in the name of "TravelPort Holidays (India) Pvt. Ltd.", payable at Mumbai.
4. A minimum of 21 working days advance notice is required for confirmation. The holder must give minimum of three unique options of dates and destinations at the time of booking request to process the booking. All room bookings are subject to availability of promotion offer rooms at hotel and prior bookings as per applicable terms.
5. The holder of the voucher can book avail additional rooms, sightseeing, travel, extra services, subject to availability at actual.
6. TravelPort will issue confirmation voucher, user is required to carry the same to the hotel. Once a confirmation voucher is issued against a particular request, no changes thereafter will be entertained.
7. The vacpac holiday offer 2nights hotel stay are not valid for certain peak periods like Diwali & Christmas holidays (18th December to 3rd January), Long weekends, Bank Holidays / National Holidays/ Trade Fair.
8. The booking through the gift voucher will be accepted only at the TravelPort office in Mumbai (India) and not directly at the hotels.
9. The Holiday vouchers are non-refundable, non-encashable, non-extendable and non- negotiable.
10. Hotels have rights to charge for the additional facilities like additional bed, breakfast, tea, meals, hot water, water, internet, telephones, heaters, laundry and other leisure facilities. Charges for extra beds and accompanying children will be additional. Additional taxes if applicable are to be borne by the holder and have to be paid to the hotel directly.
11. All extras that are not mentioned in the booking confirmation package letter voucher issued by TravelPort are to be paid directly to the hotel before check-out.
12. The complimentary offer is valid only for the bonafide holders of the vacpac gift voucher and has to be utilized by the person to whom it is issued. The person asking for booking by using the Card number on the gift voucher is responsible for his/her spouse in respect of accepting the terms & conditions mentioned herein.
13. The gift voucher does not include any other administrative charges or facilities not mentioned herein.
14. The holiday can be redeemed only once.
15. The company reserves right to change the redemption hotels without prior notice.
16. The offer is valid till March 2018.
17. Offer is not valid for group bookings.
18. Not more than 1 gift voucher can be redeemed at a time.
19. Any disputes are subject to the Jurisdiction of Mumbai Court only.
20. A service fee of Rs. 750/- will be charged in case of any amendments / changes required once the booking is confirmed. Not more than one amendment / change will be permitted.
